In my company I can make more $ in sales, but then I am the mosquito by taking advantage of customers. I prefer not to sell people things they do not need, but I am more than happy to offer them a better deal. In tech support, I am the bee. I am the one fixing their issues and helping them move on with their day. I try to ease the frustration they are experiencing and I feel my patience helps them refocus to resolve the issue.
